Shampoo, conditioner, sometimes a hair mask afterwards to make things soft, thermal spray then blow-dry and style.

I have seborrheic dermatitis so I have to mix two shampoos together so my scalp doesn't get flaky and irritated.

Also, 2 n 1's and 3 n 1's might get you clean but they are typically full of sulfates and other not-so-great ingredients that can end up doing more harm than good for your hair and body!

This was right after I got my hair colored about two weeks ago, but my methods haven't changed other than switching to a color-protecting shampoo.
