Yea, I read Twilight too. Somehow saying Fifty Shades of Grey is actually a really good story sort of feels like hearing people say they have Playboy for the articles lol but it really was a good story. I had avoided the series until someone made me take all 3 books home saying I had to read them. |

| I'm so upset about Poussey. I honestly do not know if I can do season 5 after this. I also don't like that it was Bayley. We're supposed to sympathize with Bayley. He's a good person. That doesn't help their story that this is about police brutality... |

| I found out through Tumblr after seeing a post about the show pulling a code 307 and I'm SO upset and angry. I never even watched the show (now I'm glad I never actually started), but Poussey's one of my favorites just from following plots, and that makes it worse for me on top of how shitty that event was meta-wise. And yes! that doesn't help their story at all! Like fine if you wanna cover police brutality and shit that's happened for years in prison, ok, but there are better ways to do it. Instead, they just reopen a bunch of wounds that can't fucking heal because writers would rather stab and pick at them again for ~realism and drama~ instead of taking responsibility for their medium and what they've built them up as in people's minds and treating them. |
