I still play too. I took a break for ages and when I got back into it it had all the whacky changes. I thought I’d hate it (the changes), I actually find it enjoyable. It freshens the game up all the time

They offered a free battle pass last season and I snagged it so I’ve been doing the challenges each week, they make things fun and give you something to do

Started playing again in time for Chapter 3

New map seems fun so far

I’m liking new additions

Love sliding and web slinging. Health spray and shield keg are helpful. Tilted being back is great, middle of the map needed something. Also really enjoy the first person MK

Loved the one dino I encountered. They should do a whole Jurassic park season, that’d be really cool. Tho their attempt at raptors was very annoying

Hoping for more limited time events, I think more are coming soon

New season today. Looks so good, lots of fun things added

They’ve had this season themed planned for awhile obviously and it had been leaked that the theme was….war. Yikes! Bad timing. There were rumors that they’d have to change it but they didn’t and ended up naming it The Resistance lol. Not that great. 100% of proceeds going towards Ukraine relief though so..that helps

Also there’s no building for a week. All the professional 12 year olds are surely crying rn

I love that. It’ll be so nice to play on an even battlefield without some twerp throwing up a 10 story hotel between me and him after I hit him once

I really liked no building. Building is back today but they made no build modes due to the positive reception. Sadly one of my friends was whining about no building all week so we ll definitely only be playing build mode going forward

Build vs no build debate seems to have divided the player base like craaaazy this week. Though it seems no build is favored for sure and brought a lot of people back

Chapter four today! New map

Everything looks pretty great. Double jumping, vaulting, motorcycles, capturing POI’s, a new perk system

Hopefully the map is cool. I love map changes

PS we convinced whiner friend that no build was better and he saw the light. He absolutely hates builds now and won’t go back, we haven’t played build mode one time since

I would join but I’ll be on with my pals. Not that you all aren’t my pals ;_;

It’s tough cause some of my buddies are on way too much and if they saw me playing they’d just hop right in

And they confirmed OG map will come back again in 2024. They would be foolish not to release OG map once a year to bring a bunch of people back, it worked like a charm this time. They should keep releasing it between every map change and make it a big event for like a month
