First thing that came to mind for me was when a bunch of hydrochloric acid went missing from the science lab. They locked shit DOWN! I remember it being very dramatic as they went around and searched for it. I'm pretty sure they never actually found it

The other thing was when I was well out of High School so it doesn't really count. It was a few years ago, someone called in a bomb threat to the school and it was evacuated. Turns out the bomb thread was fake and was called in to go along with another entirely fake shootout story which was orchestrated byyyyy....a local cop! A kid I went to high school with.
