I just watched
When Untitled 3 started playing at the end. MAN OH MAN. One of Sigur Ros' best | Going with 6 but I can see a 7, I’m just not sure I liked it better than the movies I gave a 6 too
Good movie! Just like...a hard movie to want to love? Not in a bad way though, it’s tough to put into words really. It was good but it was heavy. I kept thinking YEEEESH throughout it
I think it was hard for it to make a huge impact on me because I haven’t had to deal with any major trauma in my life tbh, certainly not to that degree. And obviously this movie is holding up a magnified glass to the impact of trauma down the line. It’s a movie that I’m glad I can’t relate to (:
So unfortunately it didn’t pack that PUNCH for me but it was still good and very disturbing at times, I think they nailed what they were going for. JGL was really good in it, I’ve never seen him play such an edgy role
Sigur Ros at the end was the best part hands down
I can see this movie sneaking up on me later on, feels like the kind of movie that you might appreciate more after it settles with you |
