I'm looking for the best combination of nice climate, language that I either know or can learn easily enough, and food that I can get by on. It's looking grim for me

I don't mind rain or darkness, some people get depressed because of it apparently. The small amount of sun would be good for you since you wouldn't sunburn (: The wind can be annoying though, since it makes everything just worse.

I need the sun surprisingly. Just not insanely strong amounts. I'm one of the people who gets tired when the weather is rainy/grey/dark
