THE AGE OLD QUESTION
The scenario is this. A roleblocker blocks The Godfather. The Godfather sent one of their goons out for the kill. Is the kill blocked because the Don was blocked or does the goon who was sent have to be blocked?
We've seen it done both ways here and it'd be nice to get opinions and maybe even a constant way of doing it. There's also other interesting scenarios that arise when you add redirector and such
THOUGHTS? Which should it be and why?

If the GF orders a hit, and some lowlife comes up and dick-punches the GF, the goon is still going to go do the hit, because he doesn't want to incur the wrath of the GF, especially after someone punches him in the dick.
I never understood why blocking the GF would block the kill, unless they were the killer themselves. |
The rationale behind Don Block is that it's The Godfather's actual role/night action to send a player to kill someone else and mafia doesn't decide as a group until Don is dead. So a roleblocker would block Don from using their role

Personally I can never keep track of which one I even prefer, every time I host attws I can never remember which one I used in the past. I think I've just become accustomed to both over time

I think the best argument for goon block is that the mafia kill is a factional kill, not just the don's role since it can be continued after he dies
