Maybe Herm has hidden text and a drawback of him protecting someone from blocks/redirects is that he blocks them/burns up their results? I could kinda buy that, like a Jailkeeper who protects someone but prevents them from using their role

Could be someone who doesn't have a visiting role. Like if a Town BP gets roleblocked most mods don't tell them that they were roleblocked

Yeah I could see that. When Zersch's mirror redirected but it didn't use the word distraction, but distraction could be specific to the actual redirector role

Oh yeah it kinda makes no sense to protect someone from having their action blocked but then block that action yourself. Tho it's also kinda hilarious as a bastard role

anyone else get the feeling there might be some other unknown 3rd party at play here? feels odd not to have a SKer in a game this size even with a cult.

I kinda still think an SK who primes people maybe? But yeah I think some sorta third party is likely
