Boc hasn't answered yet but I had a question about my role/JC

My role description for Sing says I hypnotize someone and they tell me who they intend to visit. Since Spin was blocked and I was told Spin visited no one, I wasn't sure if that means Spin straight up didn't visit anyone or that Spin didn't INTEND to visit anyone. I'm not sure if I would get the name of the person someone tried to go for despite being blocked, the wording throws me but it makes it sound like I would still get the name

Prob means nothing cause Spin could've just used his defense thing last night which means he intended on visiting no one anyway
