WELCOME WELCOME!
The Survivor premier is in just three days, which means we've gotta get fantasy picks in soon. Fantasy will work exactly the same as it did last time. Choose a castaway and you'll be tethered to them the entire season
There's 18 players, which means only 18 of us will be able to choose someone. It's gonna be first come first serve again. I'll make the first pick tomorrow (Monday) night at 9:00. Once I do, you can make your picks. No pre-claiming a person or texting me your pick or anything like that, gotta keep it as fair as possible!
If you don't watch Survivor or don't plan on discussing it with us much as the season goes on, don't take a spot that someone else should probably have pls! Enough people are gonna be left out as it is
And if anyone else has a Fantasy game that's different and can include everyone, like our SI fantasy where we pick teams of three, then feel free to do it. I just like doing this one because it's super easy and I won't feel like updating point totals and stuff | |

"It's Survivor Warfare"
As the game began, Jeff Probst asked each tribe to pick a representative, who would then choose another tribe-mate with whom to make a big decision; Sami and Vic stepped up for the White Collar tribe, Rose and Craig for the Blue Collar tribe, and Curtis and Tom for the No Collar tribe. At camp, the pairs were given a choice between a big bag of beans or a smaller bag of beans and a clue to the hidden immunity idol. Only Sami and Vic decided to take the clue, subsequently lying to their tribe about their decision, raising suspicion. Rose and Craig told their Blue Collar tribe the truth about their decision, though Shadow was sceptical. At the No Collar camp, Matt bonded with Tom over their mutual outlook on life but bickered with JJ over how to build the shelter.
The following day, the Blue Collar tribe also argued about the shelter, with Rose complaining over his tribemates' choices; Leos and the women agreed that Rose would be an easy target to eliminate first, but Rose found an ally in Craig. At the No Collar camp, JJ earned his tribe's admiration by making fire without flint, particularly Tom's. Matt took Tom aside to make sure that she was still loyal to him, causing Tom to doubt whether Matt was a viable alliance partner. At the White Collar camp, Rob suspected Vic was looking for the hidden immunity idol, but successfully found it herself, citing knowledge of past seasons' hiding spots as her guide.
White Collar and No Collar were neck-and-neck until Patrick from the White Collar tribe struggled on the 50-piece puzzle; the other two tribes found success with the 10-piece puzzle and won immunity. While Patrick seemed to be an easy target for the White Collar tribe's first vote, Vic decided to target Rob for not stepping up to either the ladder releasing or puzzle solving tasks during the challenge; to save herself, Rob told Dylan about her idol. Vic and Sami believed that they were in an alliance with Brian and Dylan, but Brian's true loyalty was with Patrick and Rob, who attempted to get Dylan to join them in voting off Vic. At Tribal Council, Patrick called Sami and Vic out for their lie regarding the beans, while Vic admitted that Rob was her target, which prompted a heated debate between the two. Dylan ultimately decided to join Rob, Brian, and Patrick, as Vic became the first player voted out.

"It Will Be My Revenge"
At the Blue Collar camp, Rose lost his underwear in the water after getting hit by a wave; his attempts to make light of the situation led Raptor to further believe he was creating a character out of himself. On the White Collar tribe, Brian and Patrick took off their underwear around camp, making Dylan uncomfortable. On the No Collar tribe, Jake and Tom's attempts to get to know Tricks were complicated by Tricks's deafness, and tensions increased when Jake and Tom decided to go skinny dipping without asking her, leading to a public outburst from Tricks out of frustration.
While the Blue Collar tribe played makeshift basketball around camp, Craig insisted that the tribe continue to work, annoying Leos in the process. At the No Collar camp, Matt voiced his frustrations about JJ to Tricks, and Matt's attempt to talk to JJ about his behavior around camp only served to further their enmity. With an alliance formed between younger tribe members Jake, Tom, and JJ, Matt, Tricks, and Curtis considered sticking together.
After No Collar's Curtis struggled in the water, the other two tribes pulled ahead to win immunity. Back at camp, Matt told Tricks that he was worried about Curtis's health due to his weight and asthma, but was considering blindsiding JJ, as voting Curtis would keep the tribe strong but put the younger alliance in power. The younger alliance tried to recruit Curtis to split the vote against Tricks and Matt—out of fear for a hidden immunity idol—to ultimately eliminate Tricks on the re-vote; Curtis was hesitant to vote against Tricks, his closest ally. Curtis told Tricks and Matt about the vote-splitting, and they decided to target Tom due to her perceived untrustworthiness and JJ's challenge prowess. However, Tricks later told Curtis that Matt was concerned for Curtis's health, and had considered voting him out. At Tribal Council, Curtis decided to stick with the young alliance while going against their vote-splitting plan, voting for Matt and sending him out of the game rather than the alliance's planned target, Tricks.
------------------------------------------------
"Crazy is as Crazy Does"
After Curtis's rogue vote sent Matt home, JJ questioned Curtis's loyalty while a teary Tricks told the tribe that she knew she was next to go. JJ tried to make Tricks feel comfortable, but she admitted that she was not as free-spirited as the rest of her tribe. At the White Collar camp, Patrick annoyed her tribe-mates with her tales of seeing howler monkeys having sex in the trees. The next day, the White Collar tribe sans Rob looked for the hidden immunity idol, but were unsuccessful as Rob had already found it. Patrick proposed a truce, but Sami didn't trust her and continued searching with Dylan; though Dylan knew that Rob had the idol and Sami was on the outs, he continued searching anyway to keep Sami's trust as he considered betraying Patrick for her behavior. At the Blue Collar camp, Rose's attempts to be funny upset Leos after Rose jokingly insulted his mother. Later, Craig voiced his frustrations with his tribe-mates' work ethic, provoking arguments between him and Leos, Shadow, and Raptor, the last of whom insulted Craig's religious views.
The No Collar tribe fell behind quickly, which prompted JJ to send Tricks back from the water tower to the barrel; the strategy proved ineffective, and they lost their second consecutive challenge. Back at camp, JJ apologized to Tricks for implementing the faulty strategy and assuming she would slow the tribe down. Curtis and Tricks both campaigned to vote the other out. Though the original plan was to eliminate Tricks, Jake and Tom considered voting Curtis out instead after he had proven himself unpredictable by voting Matt out. At Tribal Council, Tricks claimed that her tribe perceived that she was weak because of her deafness, though the tribe argued that wasn't the case. When Curtis discussed his poor challenge performance, Tricks took the opportunity to openly campaign against him. She then discussed her previous white collar background and how she felt she had been placed on the wrong tribe. After a pep talk from Jake, Tricks affirmed that she would try and fit in with her tribe mates, although she would never get the chance as she was voted out.
------------------------------------------------
"Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner"
After voting out Tricks, the No Collar tribe affirmed their loyalty to each other, though Curtis felt he would be the next to go if they lost again. At the Blue Collar camp, Leos noted his respect for Craig despite their previous disagreements.
During the challenge, the Blue Collar tribe's platform dropped on Shawn's forehead; after a brief medical examination she was cleared to continue in the challenge. The No Collar tribe finished in first place while the White Collar tribe took second. The victorious No Collar tribe celebrated Curtis's birthday by eating one of their chickens from the reward. Tom, a vegetarian, felt uncomfortable with the killing and roasting; she went searching for the hidden immunity idol, which she found, while the tribe feasted. At the Blue Collar camp, Shawn received six stitches from her injury at the challenge, but her bravery throughout the ordeal earned Craig's respect, and the two affirmed their alliance. Leos's remarks that women should hold themselves to a higher standard than men caused a heated argument between him and Raptor. At the White Collar camp, Patrick continued to alienate her tribe-mates with her behavior, which caused Rob to consider betraying Patrick and her closest ally, Brian.
All three tribes were neck-and-neck throughout the challenge, but the No Collar and White Collar tribes narrowly won, sending Blue Collar to their first Tribal Council. Raptor and Shadow campaigned against Leos for his misogynistic behavior, while Leos retaliated by targeting Raptor. At Tribal Council, Rose, Craig, and Shawn decided to align with Leos, splitting their votes between Raptor and Shadow in case of a hidden immunity idol; the vote was initially tied, with two votes each on Raptor, Leos, and Shadow, but Raptor was eliminated after a unanimous revote.
