Slumdog Millionaire - Great
The Dark Knight - Great
The Wrestler - So great. Rourke was amazing. I love Aronofsky
WALL-E - I always go back and forth on whether I like this or Up more. Both had awesome beginnings
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - Really good. Great ending
Cloverfield - I loved it in theaters. Definitely does lose some of its effect at home though. Probably the best found footage movie, that I've seen anyway
Iron Man - Pretty good but not at all memorable for me
Tropic Thunder - One of the funnier comedies in recent years IMO. I think it's hilarious
Pineapple Express - Also hilarious. Two other comedies that I love came out this year too but I didn't have room for them. Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Step Brothers | |
