"Let's keep moving." Korr said as he swung his cape around. Natalie frowned at the sight of Bryce's corpse on the ground, but she pushed on.

The greenhouse led the group to the western wing of the mansion. They crept down the carpeted hallway, passing a variety of vintage paintings. They felt the eyes watching them as they walked on by.

Zersch rubbed the back of his head. He felt quite a bit of pain after what had happened to him, but he still had no memory of the event. As he turned the corner of the long hallway, he found himself at the foot of some large stairs.

"we go up?" he asked.

The other six looked around at one another and shrugged. They decided it was time to finally check out the second floor.

At the top of the stairs was a hallway that split two ways. They took a right and found themselves in front of two large, double doors. KC pushed them open slowly.

The room on the other side was an extremely large bedroom. The ceilings stretched high, and a king sized bed sat under a tapestry. The fireplace was roaring with flames.

"This was Paul's room..." Kiwi said.

Behind the bed, mounted on the wall, was a grand portrait of the once healthy Von Paul. His stern face looked over his old members even in death.



Everyone shuddered.

A separate wing was adjoined to Paul's room. They group peered inside. It appeared to be some sort of makeshift hospital room.

"This must've been for when Paul got sick." said Korr.

The room was dark and came with an unpleasant odor. Bloody rags were strung around the room. No one wished to step a foot inside. They closed the door and walked backwards into Paul's room.

"Should we have a look around?"

If you have a Regular Key, and if there are any takers, you may sell it to them for today only. They may then use it for Side Quest #1. What will you sell it to them for? It's up to you guys to barter.

Hidden Quest #1

The previous hidden bonus is no longer. For those who didn't figure it out, if you had the 13th post of the thread you received +5 candies.

A new hidden quest goes into effect throughout this day. I'll reveal who accomplished it by the end of the day.

Main Quest

You stand in the very room that Paul passed away in 13 years ago. Where do you wish to explore?

A. Under his bed
You kneel down and peer under Paul's old king sized bed. It's stuffed with boxes full of old, strange photographs. You open one such box and dump out a gold mine of candies. +20 CANDIES SPLIT EVENLY

B. His walk in closet.
You creep into the walk in closet at the end of Paul's room. A single light bulb is swinging overhead. You reach up and pull down on the chain. As you do so, the door behind you slams closed. The group tries to open the door from the other side, but their palms are burned on the door knob. Fog pours out from the crack underneath the door and a struggle is heard from within. A few minutes later, the door opens and you emerge...with a sinister smile on your face. YOU HAVE BEEN POSSESSED.

C. His desk drawer
Nearly everyone rushes to Paul's wooden desk and pry open his bottom drawer. You reach your hands in curiously and dig through dozens of loose papers. As you get to the bottom, something lashes out at you. You recoil your hand backwards and inspect your new wound. Two marks are dug into the side of your palm. You peer down into the drawer to find a black and red snake hissing within. "Why was there a snake in Paul's drawer?" you ask yourself as you fall backwards and pass out. -5 CANDIES

D. The fireplace
No one approaches the fire place. Lucky for them. -10% OF CANDIES

Side Quest #1
You remove a painting from the wall and place your key into the safe. You turn the lock and the door pops open. The inside is dark, dusty, and full of nothing but cobwebs. Where was Paul's fortune? As you close the safe disappointed, a noise comes from within. You open the safe back up curiously. A strange shape wisps from the dark end of the safe and into your burlap sack. You look down inside and see a Demon staring back up at you, at your service. +DEMON
