We've talked here and there about starting up some text based RPG on site. I have a fewwww ideas on how to do this but I'm undecided and want other options

Have any of you either seen or played or ran a text based dnd or dnd adjacent game before? Other than something like LAB. Anyone got any good ideas on how to make it work? I wanna throw out some ideas before hopefully getting something off the ground

Pacing is one of the issues for sure, gotta come up with something that'll solve that
