I'm not reading that but if she's happy with her body, good for her. As long as she understands there are health risks with obesity.

She doesn't.

I posted about these fat acceptance retards back on FI. They literally want doctors to stop telling obese patients that they are obese or that anything is wrong or that they need to change anything.

They have deluded themselves into believing they are just as healthy, fit and attractive as people who aren't obese.

Oh, well then, retards indeed!

I need to take up running again but the damp wet miserable weather really demotivates me. It's a piss poor excuse and I'm probably in the least active percentile in the country right now. I walked a fair bit today though, so maybe not. MEH.

I could never keep up running, partly because of the weather.

I got an exercise bike about 18 months ago, and built up my tolerance over time. I watch an episode of something, takes my mind off it and makes sure I stay on it for 45 minutes.

I'm now at the point where it feels weird to NOT do it every other day. It's become habit and even if I feel like being lazy I end up doing it. I think that's the case with everything, you just need to get into the routine (which admittedly can take some time hence it's initially about willpower) then your brain REWIRES to expect it.

I've been running a fair amount for almost a year now, it's a big reason why I lost all that weight. Though LATELY I've only been going like once a week because of how ridiculously hot it's been

This is my favourite time for it! The rain helps me cool down.

Running in hot weather can be difficult.

I can't say I am a fantastic runner. I try to go everyday and do at least 20 minutes, with sit ups beforehand, but I aren't as strict with my routine as I should be.

I like exercise if it's disguised as sport. Snowboarding, biking, golf, etc. Treadmill = torture, but sometimes it's all that's available.
A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart.

See, I should just learn to stay inside. Wildlife hates me. Just got back from walking a few miles, as well as a few brief moments of running.....got chased by a skunk. Twice.

I never exercise at all. I went to the gym once this year and wore my I <3 BACON shirt and pretty much goofed around the entire time. I also eat mostly junk food.

I'm a stick somehow, but I've gotta be fairly unhealthy. My metabolism is fast but I'm sure it'll all catch up to me one day

lol that's basically me also, my metabolism is fast and I can eat more than anyone ever imagines. I don't usually work out at all and if I do its mostly for muscles. I feel if I were to run I'd lose more weight which I can't afford to do!

I always feel better after a workout. It really is good for psychological as well as physiological reasons. I just can't muster up the time and energy to do it a lot of times.

Endorphins are awesome.

The nicest high's I have experienced have all come after running.
