That's good because it has a snapshot into all the reasons. Hatred of anyone new, unwillingness of the site admins to accommodate the needs of the users, cliquey behaviours and in jokes. Long term members that think they are the best of the best on the internet, new members who try to start discussions but nobody joined in (oh wait that was not here, that is just the site in general)

It is good that you are so insightful. Maybe they use hope for you yet.
