I'm not entirely sure why Redster is the favorite for the lynch. Is he on Canuck's list?
If so, what has he done that is overtly scummy other than be on said list?

Wifom is when people say something can't be because it's too obvious or something must be because it's too unexpected. Circular logic that goes nowhere.
Everyone high fives and celebrates the death of Brian.
“Woof”, Dogmeat says and points at Jay. “He has to be scum since he directed all action to himself on N2.”
Everyone agrees that Mal is on to something and before too long Jay starts playing 3 card Monte.
“Look it’s not me. I can’t be cult” Jay profusely says.
“Lies” Herm says. “You’re nothing but small time potatoes though”.
Jay gets irate. “Screw it. Yeah I’m cult buy my master died recruiting you Herm!”
The crowd goes nuts and starts pushing Herm around. Before anything bad happens Jay speaks up.
“I am only kidding guys. It was Lamps. For realsies. I swear.”
By this time the crowd has heard enough. They quickly put Jay in the corner, the same corner Jay said no one puts Jays, and quickly turns its attention to Redster.
Redster tries to defend himself, “Guys sorry I lead you on that I was human. I hid the fact I am Synth to protect myself. I still love the Brotherhood of Steel.”
But everyone saw through his bull shit. Lamps, Mittens, and Vernon grab Redster and drag him out of his power armor. Curtis takes the power core and shoves it straight up Redster’s ass.
Redster is oddly comfortable during this, even smiling and grinning. Disgusted TIB pulls out a junk gun and loads it with wooden blocks, a toy car, and a couple stuffed animals and points it at Redster’s head and pulls the trigger. His face exploded and brain matter was covering everyone.
