It's like a video game Maker bundle with a sweet rpg Maker in it.

I'd be down tbh if we updated it to FE:The Game. As much as I loved our level ideas, no one's left to get any of the references except for the people who'd be making the game (:

although we all know we'd make 1 level and quit again

I'm... bizarrely curious. Never had any experience with those homebrew game makers but I've always been interested in learning how to use one. I don't know if I'd ever have the patience to learn how to actually do it, but it sounds like something I'd really fucking enjoy doing if I knew how to.

I was thinking about getting this for a friend. he's currently working on a game based on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy with RPG Maker. He even is getting some help from Gregory Hinde, who made music for the show.

And yes, I am bragging.

We could probably pretty easily make an FE themed rpg.

I'll probably get it and see if I can do anything with it. If not FE:rpg then Lab:rpg.

Actually a Lab:Rpg would probably be easier to write for.

I think if Lab ever gets a game, Paul wants to be the one to make it. I know he had an idea for one.

My son is going to get it on payday. I'm glad he's the one that has to figure it out lol Looks cool, but overwhelming to me.
A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart.

Spent my morning watching a few RPG Maker guides and I now know how to make very basic maps, scenes and characters. Playing around with stuff on my own to learn the other features.

The biggest issue I'm going to have is with actual gameplay and combat as I know next to nothing about Japanese RPGs or how to properly balance them. Still having fun fucking around with it though, in any case.
