Some people were telling me I needed to get a mechanical keyboard because it would be superior etc... personally I don't see the point to it other than it is noisier but apparently it does change a few things.

Like so. You can hold both shift keys and still be able to type every other key on the board without issue... which apparently normal keyboards can't do.

So I'm curious what keys everyone's keyboard can't press.
Type "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" while holding both shift keys and post results

I just found out very suddenly today that my dad has a brain tumor and it requires surgery. I'm flying to New York in the morning to be with him. His girlfriend noticed a slowed speech and droopiness in his mouth and eyes and thankfully she forced him to go get it checked out. I'm really nervous and can't get it off my mind. Don't want to talk to many people about it either, so here I am, drunkenly pouring it out to all of you. Vern, out.
