Whoever said Umami burger earlier pretty much wins. The only thing that rivals that is The Counter... so fucking good. You can make all kinds of gourmet type burgers, or just a regular big ass standard. And best of all, you can get it cooked to order, none of that "well-done" bullshit.

What's Umami burger? Is that a west coast thing or something
