Guys, I just had the best lunch at this adorable little cafe. I ordered a chicken salad croissant and it was amazing, they put these little cranberries in it.
But anyways, I had like a 20 minute conversation with this cute little Jewish guy that owned the place about Israeli/Palestinian relations. It was seriously refreshing to see that two people from completely different worlds come together and have a civil discussion especially with the way the political climate is in this country right now.
So grateful. |

I was on the bus today and a girl got on. She was all smiles so of course I avoided eye contact and stared out the window and turned up the volume on my headphones. It didn't work because she sat right next to me and proceeded to tell me that god loves me. Of course I didn't want to be rude so by the time I could get a word in, I had missed my stop. By 7 blocks.
Apparently I'm a magnet for overly-cheerful people and have "my life sucks" tattooed on my forehead. | | |
