I'm going to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tonight, so this is a future Last Movie You Watched post. I'm going in with no expectations, so as long as they haven't ruined the Turtles, I'll probably enjoy it.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2

I liked the first one and I liked this one too. Electro was always one of my two favorite villains (Mysterio being the other one) though I grew up with the comical lightning bolt mask version of him and not the Ultimate version from the movie. I was prejudiced going in because I really do not like Jamie Foxx, but he was fine. As a small admittedly dumb gripe I was unreasonably annoyed during the big Electro vs Spider-Man fight with how they had to work in a beat the clock, regular Joe triumphs just in time sideplot (the air traffic controllers) to cut to throughout the battle. Looking forward to the Sinister Six.

So they didn't screw up the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Definitely made for kids, but I really enjoyed it. Some very comical moments too. I'd watch it again, and again.

22 Jump Street

Loved it about as much as the first one. The people behind the Hangover should take some notes about how to reuse the same plot and make it funny. I would probably watch every single terrible sequel idea they spoofed during the end credits. Especially Jump Street: Seminary School with Seth Rogen.

I was watching Brave and now I'm watching Frozen because I'm bored and CBS is taken over by golf instead of Big Brother.

Watched Pumping Iron on Netflix. Some of the things that Arnold Schwarzenegger say in that film lol. When he talks about how he feels like he's "coming" when working out (:

The Signal

I believe this was suggested by someone (prob. Curtis) at one point or another. Finally got around to watching it. I thought it was pretty cool, definitely crazy. I loved the structure with the three acts/broadcasts from different perspectives. The second one was odd and humorously dark. That creep that shows up for the party - I'd heard a clip of him saying "I'll grab a slut and pee in her butt" several times before but never knew where it came from.

That'd be me (: . I really liked it. Such a strange little movie. Act two was pretty hilarious

For a low budget and mostly silly move, I REALLY liked the ending. The moment he puts the headphones on her followed by that TEAR, and her eyes moving so you know she snapped out of it, then that song. I thought it was great

I just looked up the ending and it had a different song. Apparently there was a copyright issue so some versions of the movie have the original song and others have the one I just heard. The original made the ending wayyy better

Was this the original song or the replacement song?

That's the original, apparently the first version I saw was the replacement. The replacement fit so well but would've been better if you saw it in there the first time:
