Judge Doom on ProM gave me a PS4 beta code for Destiny. Will probably check it out later tonight for a bit and then really give it a shot tomorrow.

Humble bundle have been stepping up their game as of late.

Bought the 2K bundle easy as the only game I actually owned was Bioshock 1! So got all the bioshocks now, x-com and spec ops which are all games ived wanted to play for some while. Plus there was Mafia 2 (first one was good) and The Darkness which look interesting.

Now they have a Square Enix bundle which looks interesting. Has a pretty wierd tiering as Just Cause 2, which regularly drops beneath 5$, is in the top tier. Along side the Kane and Lynch game which everyone hated! Deux Ex: HR had weeeird controls when I tried it and didnt like it at all, not really tempted to try it again. I will probs buy the first tier and ill see about the second if they add any good games there!

Other than that im still playing Tropico which is a lot of fun! Though it seems repetitive when you get into the later levels and its pretty easy to sail through the missions. Fun though

The Sims 2 Ultimate collection is free on Origin. I have sold my soul and downloaded origin to obtain it.

I'm already looking into whether I can uninstall Origin but keep TS2 because too much EA software makes me uncomfortable

EA is releasing every single Sims 2 expansion, stuff pack and it's base game for free until the end of the month. Debating on getting it for old times sake.

If it helps with the decision, you can get away with making an Origin account, redeeming the code, and put off actually installing origin and ts2 until whenever you feel like it

I played for a bit but I'm not used to the old controls anymore so I only played long enough to build my first house and experience my first graphical glitch

But Sims 2 is outdated....

I'm itching for a DS game. Can someone recommend me some "hidden gems" that you think got overlooked or under-appreciated? Most of what I've played are big titles and I know the DS has a reputation for some really interesting/niche titles.

Eh. EA of all people releasing ANYTHING for free is a pretty rare opportunity regardless. I'm spoiled by TS3, but it runs like shit on this computer. Every time I get that itch to play the Sims, I want to throw the computer through the wall cause of the lag and crashes.

Im probably never going to play sims 2 but i like free stuff

I was joking, Sims 2 is pretty much the same as Sims 3 but with less prettier graphics.

Already pisses me off that I can't put stuff on an angle :kc:

Ugh now I wanna play Sims 3 so bad. My friend mixed it in with his games when we left college -_-
