I admittedly barely glanced over whatever Penner said about Primate trying to recruit Sami. Was that supposedly n3? And it just failed?

So either Sami wasn’t recruitable (godfather or arsonist) or he was just protecting someone (Maddie)

You’d think he would go after Sami harder. But if he got Sami lynched and she flipped Town then everyone would assume he was just trying to protect another cultist, which would explain why he didn’t really put much effort into getting her lynched (from what I remember but maybe he was, I was skimming!)
