I thought it was kinda silly that they didn't even try to disguise that they were just macarons lol

I liked this one and it made me happy as a long time follower of non-movie content.

Few quick notes
|
-Ahsoka really looked good, her choreography was a little questionable but still fun to watch.
-Lol Grogu, normally this would have been the best part of the episode. I keep picturing Grogu hiding from Anakin at the Jedi Temple
-The jedi/mandalorian duo was fun to watch
-Last but not least my favourite non-movie character, Grand Admiral Thrawn namedrop. Not necessarily from Rebels, but the Thrawn trilogy of old EU. I suspect the Jedi he'll find is Ezra? I doubt Luke will have anything to do with this show.

It's like they decided collectively to come up with the shittiest name to troll the entire fanbase and marketing team. |

Really liked the episode! Feels like the season will be more focused story-wise from here - less sidequest episodes. Hopefully. I agree with what someone else said, the choreography could have used some work. Enjoyed the fight a lot more with the explanation that Ahsoka was barely trying until she lost one of her lightsabers. Wish that came through a bit more in the expressions. Still bugged me to see they're continuing with the whole "lightsabers easily cut through everything except for minimally armored people" deal, but eh, it's Disney.

it's specifically beskar that deflects the lightsaber strikes. The old canon did have specific metals that resisted lightsabers already |

Beskar makes sense. Vibroswords, etc. I was referring to the randoms Ahsoka was slicing up in the town. Specifically, a scene that really stood out is when she sliced the giant metal bell in half like it was nothing. And yet in the same scene, all of the people are just yelping and falling over, lol. It's understandable that they only show robots getting sliced in half, but still something that irks me here and there with the new stuff.

Just finished the latest ep. There were some awesome shots all throughout the episode. I thought the fight scenes were nice but I'm not very nitpicky unless there are big consistency errors. I'm not a big enough fan to really bug out over the little stuff.

-Slave 1 flying in like a boss was the best thing on TV
-Boba Fett scenes completely gave him more character than the entire OT movies.
-Dark Troopers in action brought back childhood memories of Lucasarts games-mainly Dark Forces
-RIP Razercrest
-Boba Fett and Mando on an adventure to save The Child!!! Will he take over Slave 1?
Random thoughts: With Boba Fett actor now in the show can they please use him for Commander Cody and Captain Rex? |

that one was p neat. Seeing Boba in action was a lil taste of what a lot of people probably felt like seeing Ahsoka last week
I couldn't help but laugh at the shot of him in his armor though. He may have outgrown it by a SMIDGE
