All-Star Weekend was better than expected

The All Star Game was kinda like the Daytona 500, I didn't realize either were yesterday until I happened to come across them channel surfing. But I didn't feel the need to stop and watch either.

The dunk contest was a joke, I didn't watch the 3-point contest, but I read it was also a joke until the very end, and the game was a 3-point barrage, with about 2 people maybe playing defense.

If that's better than expected, I wonder how low your expectations were?

I didn't watch the dunk contest which I would normally tune into about 10 years ago. Some of the dunks then were pretty good, but they handed out 50's like they were breath mints so that ruined it for me as much as anything.

They were pretty much non-existent.

Eagles won Superbowl, Raptors are one of the best teams in the NBA. This has been a good sports season so far.

Indiana winning game 1 over Cleveland in Cleveland is not what i expected.

It was a good game. Indiana is a solid team.

Playoffs are pretty good this season. That Philly-Miami series has been entertaining.

Can't see GSW losing this year once Chef Curry is back.

I mean to win the championship. Who do you fancy?
I mean I think Rockets could do it or possibly the Cavs, but I just have that feeling about the Warriors again.

Houston looks good. Curry won't be 100%, and without him, I don't see them winning 4 out of 7.

Philly looks impressive so far, would like to see how their next round goes, I can see them going to the Finals.

That was a brutal no call. However they (OKC) had about 5 shots to tie it. And then the kind of hissy fit just lack of discipline to not foul and kill almost 10 seconds was bad too.

Congrats to Utah though. That Mitchell kid is special. Live it up KC

yeah i think this might be Houston's year. i will believe in Philly making the finals when they actually do it, until then there are 1 wrong step away from Embiid getting hurt again and flaming out.
