i only asked about it because it seemed to be a soda -vs- pop thing (which turned out to be true). but certain personalities (like yours) decided that there could only be one true usage, so you threw a temper tantrum and started trolling about it. i never disagreed with your usage because i don't believe there's one true usage. it shouldn't frustrate you so much that some people use words differently or that some words have a wide range of meaning.
