| It seems pretty clear that if im317 and Ahoda didn't interact, and no one else claims zone 11, then they're both in a formal alliance. |

There is no issue since my role allows me to grab shit undetected. And like DADD I can only visit a limited number of times |

With the sun directly overhead, the tributes are surprised when clouds start to build and a cold wind starts to blow. Before long, off in the distance they can see the storm front making it's way towards the Cornucopia from the south. Once it crosses into the water, a spout begins to form with some serious rotation. It start picking up water and sediment and throwing it all over the place. It then moves squarely into the Cornucopia, and absolutely destroys everything in Zone 5. Ok so Ahoda answer me this: You can steal stuff undetected--does that mean you always get the items first?
It would be kinda shitty if you just always got the items no matter what. Like whatever zone you visit you just get the items automatically with no contest.
Meaning like...say you and im317 are not both careers and you both really did go to Zone 11. Would you automatically get the items and im317 would have no shot? Since you clearly can't get involved in duels...
I'm just confused. I feel like the "undetected" part of your role would apply more to someone like me, with a tracking ability, not being able to see you vs. you not having to battle people.
