| Do we ever know what happened to the foreign girl? During the end of the epi I had a feeling the bigger guy threw her under the bus after layering up or something, her just waiting at the shop with nobody showing up makes me think she'll either be killed or arrested |

- I really liked how Rami Malek accurately portrayed Mr Robot's mannerisms in the intro.
- Afroman is really unsettling, despite his placid air. He's a very cool character. He seems to want to turn Elliot into Cyber Jesus for some reason tho
- I loved the music in this ep, particularly the ambient version of Basket Case.
- Damn it, Angela had the CEO guy on the back foot and then he was like snap "nah bitch it's all in yo head. GTFO" Cold.
- Has a game of chess ever been more intense? Loved that scene.
- Last but certainly not least, Bill's triumphant return is the best moment of the season.
I am really impressed with this first four eps. I am surprised that they found a way to keep the audience guessing after S1's game changing reveals too. I remember asking myself where they could possibly go from S1 after everything was put out in the open like that...and then they give us this mystery surrounding Tyrell. It's tense, and there's gotta be something more to it. I did wonder a while back if Tyrell could be another one of Elliot's personas, but dismissed this as unworkable given the evidence presented on the show. Going by the last few posts in this thread, some shit is going down later in the season.

- Joanna is a complete nutcase! "Hey, we aren't ruthless murderers, we let people suffer before we kill them."
- Why would Tyrell waste a phone call to do the creepy breathing down the phone schtick?
- "Oh yay, Ollie is back" said absolutely nobody. Yes, Ollie is back to show us something else he sucks at; espionage. "Hey Angela, let me just move my phone closer to you so it can hear you talk about this extremely incriminating subject."
- Whiterose is such an interesting character. It's difficult to work out what his motivations are, and I was actually concerned for FBI lady when he was with her. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop after he opened up to her like that. I expected something shocking to happen, but I wasn't sure what. The question is, did he order that hit? That seemed to be the implication.
- Would Henry be a 9/5 truther if he was in this show?
- In general, those last two scenes were excellent cliffhangers, and really came out of left field in what otherwise seemed like a calmer episode. |

Shiiiiiiiiiiit. This one was really good. I rly like this season, it's so tense
Whiterose/Price meeting was great. I was worried Whiterose would just kill him right there after Price mocked his threats. Price must survive, he adds so much
That lady Angela met was sketchy as FUCK! I don't like her. That was sorta eerie. Angela's gonna flip to Dom or something. Dom's gonna catch a break by the end of the season I feel. If not Angela then Mosley or Trenton
The Stage2 reveal was really great, I loved that. I wonder if Stage 2 is the cleanup of fsociety and that Mr Robot is behind them being hunted. I still think Gideon's death was orchestrated by him behind Elliot's back, that'd be tragic
Loved those cliffhangers. I'm gonna get Cisco found...Mobley? Maybe he's laying there bleeding out or something, idk. He sounded like he was in rough shape. I dunno who else it could be besides Tyrell I guess. No idea who was at Darlene's door, she seemed to look at two different people. If that was Mobley at the smart house, maybe it's just Cisco with Mobley
Surprised we got out of prison immediately after the reveal. Probably for the best instead of stalling for another episode in there. I liked the quick speed through to start the episode. H8 the therapist's old boyfriend. Remember when he held the dog up by its leash???????
Speeding through in time for the last two episodes was ideal I think. Might've been more frustrating watching week to week |
