nope! i've never been moderator and have hosted games and would totally continue to do so. it's something i enjoy doing.
will i put as much effort / host
as many games if i lose? probably not, to be honest. it is a lot of work to host a game, let alone several, and without the responsibility of being mod, i probably wouldn't have the motivation to do it (to the extent that i plan to if i win).
