Bump again for an update!

I've had this confusion from some people and I want to clarify:
I'm not replying to applications yet. I'll only do it if I need to discuss a character or something similar. This doesn't mean that I haven't received it or seen it, it's just because I have to wait until close to the start to approve people into the game in case there are more players than spaces available.

Generally I design these to be a bit flexible, but I've got a target number in mind and I'm designing the game around that. It's still at the early stage where it's flexible enough to change though (whether I get more or less players than I'm expecting).

At this point, there's plenty of spots open still, so keep the applications coming in. Generally in the past I've not had to turn down many because I don't broadcast the game that widely anyway.

I'm going to reply to everybody who I've received an application from, just to confirm that I've received it and seen it. Thanks for all of them so far.

I've stuck this out here so I don't have to keep spamming the adverts forum and because I'll probably have to update this a few more times before the game starts.

I'm hoping to open the board for sign-ups and pregame discussion on April 24th, possibly a day earlier. Pregame will last 48 hours to give people time to make their accounts.

If you haven't yet come up with a character and want to make one, please send them through. I'm gonna be locking them down soon because I have to start making avatars.

I'm also still a little thin on sign ups. If you're interested in playing but haven't gotten around to an app yet can you let me know? That way I can gauge numbers. Just drop me a PM. I'd feel comfortable with a handful more players (and may have to delay slightly if I'm short).

If I still need a couple more players, I might delay the game start by a week so it'll be 30th instead. I'll let you guys know in advance. I can run the game with less people but there's a base amount I could use to make it a fun and worthwhile experience for all involved.

If you want to spectate, drop me a PM as well. Spectating is a lot of fun because you get to see everything unfold in real time.

Since I'm making the avatars and finalising the board, I'm going to begin replying to apps individually to discuss your characters. If you've opted out or I have to tweak them, I'll drop you the avatar and character bio so you can confirm that you want to play this character.

I will still okay last minute adjustments but it'll help the game setup and flow if you try and finalise things this weekend.

i'm actually happy we haven't gotten a prose heavy prologue yet. These little pieces that don't quite fit together are more fun.
