12. It wouldn't surprise me if I found one in in an average office building, but I wouldn't expect them to have it.

Note: My concept of an average office building is skewed towards tech offices, there are types of offices I'd expect to find it in. Because of this you might think you'd find it in an average office building.

To elaborate: I'd expect to find one in functioning adult's kitchens, but I didn't use to have one in my kitchen (I'm a barely functioning adult).

yeah, like it's a personal item as opposed to something that's shared amongst a few people.
