Snakha grunts with triumph as he slays the steamy beast.... however. After his two slices he noticed the steam all come together tight in a ball, and then POOF. It explodes in front of him and blasting him 10 feet backward.

Now on his back. Snakha touches his face feeling warmth and maybe a burn or two. He sits up worried he didn’t kill the Mephit. But the Mephit is completely gone, dead. Knowing he succeeded he smiles from ear to ear.

Still sitting in space D13, Snakha can now very clearly see a man occupying D17. Just south of him. He can’t make out exact details of the man like race or if he’s carrying any weapons, but he can see he is about 20 feet away | | |

(since I have no idea how the mechanics of interacting with other players is supposed to work at this point, I'll avoid that until I get a better sense for the play of the game)
Snahka sees the creature off to his right, but can't tell if they are friend or foe.
"Maybe I should keep looking round to see if there anything that can help me before others take all the good stuff" he says, to nobody in particular.

Snakha moves to J10 using 30 feet of movement. He is smack dab in the center of a four way intersection of the main dirt roads. East, South and West all look normal. Nothing, that he can see, is out of the ordinary and he can't see any of the other players. North though, he does see an odd... lump is the best he can describe. Maybe a large rock? He isn't sure.
