UPDATE: no update They basically ruled out the typical stuff and told me that if it's anything it's gonna be pretty rare (especially for my age) and makes it extremely hard to diagnose. The pain slowly went away while I was there though and once they finished the basic checks they discharged me with very little info or idea of what might've caused it or what I should be doing/avoiding going forward, I thought it was all pretty weird. I feel fine now tho

What exactly were your symptoms again?

I was finishing work (vry stress free) and started to sweat bullets outta no where. I was like THAT'S WEIRD and then started feeling painful throbbing on the left side of my chest. Then my breathing got worse. Tried to drive home but the chest pain got a lot worse so I pulled over. Then it started to only hurt when I moved/moved my left arm/took deep breaths. Then about 6 hours in it stopped hurting altogether

Was the term pleuritic pain mentioned?

Not that I recall

If they didn't find any heart issues, it's a possibility (says the cardiovascular nurse wife downstairs).

So we had the campers on 2 days, and on the first day one of the EMT basic students (me last semester) didn't show up so I got to be an actor. I was a student on bath salts and I stabbed a guy because I thought he was a zombie. Scared the shit out of the middle schoolers who were helping the cops.

Thanks! My actual uniform has EMS pants but our instructors let us wear jeans since we had 9 hours of class after the camp.
