That movie was not worth my $18.50. It was alright and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't super amazing overall or whatever. I feel like it could've been a lot better with some stuff and I would've been happy just seeing it in a regular theater. My friend liked it more than I did.

I'll be on my phone at the movies, but I turn the brightness down.

Just saw the new Spiderman. I had a friend tell me it was terrible and it looked like it got chewed up by reviewers but i actually liked it. I took a lady and she cried at the end of the movie so that was kind of a boner killer. I'll just have to turn up my game the rest of the night.

"boner killer" - chris25, movie cricket

tbh i don't know HOW you could cry at that, it was as emotionally dull as the last Harry Potter movie.

Event Horizon

I love space horror. Hadn't seen this since back when it came out. Was kinda funny seeing how very much like Hellraiser it all became by the end. I found myself staunchly pro-Fishburne throughout thanks to my recent Hannibal binge. I also couldn't help but think about Sunshine throughout most of it. IMO derelict spaceships can go fuck themselves and should never under any circumstance be boarded or rescued.

That movie was a preview before Spiderman and she looked at me and said "there's no way we're going to see that"

At Captain America: Winter Soldier I had the pleasure of some douche bag constantly being on his phone to the left of me, then to the right some parents let their kid play on their ipod touch. Worse, she had music on so I kept hearing coins being collected. So damn annoying.

Those're the kind of phone users who should not be in the theatre.

I liked Amazing Spider-Man 2 also. Not as much as X-Men or Captain America, but I liked it.

Maleficent - I really liked this movie, loved the story

Blended - didn't really expect much but I enjoyed it, laughed a lot.
