I have Photoshop for work on my machine, so I just go find a pict, strip out what I don't want, shrink it to hed size, then save as a png.

OK, so I decided the most fun one would be to grab the pict I created for my daughter's Hogwarts Party. This is the picture I used for my wanted poster, with me in full Death Eater mode. I was in need of a haircut at the time, so the big Robert Smithesqe hair really works for it. I'm sure people will find a reason to use this one, maybe for scaring small children or the like:
