There is also a difference in accent between Southern and Northern California. Vlady can probably attest to this.

Lol no, half the people in California can't understand most of what bay people say the regional dialect is so heavy

And the California white girl sound is valley girl talk from la, like an 8 hour drive from here. That's a whole other country in Europe

This is quite true. Northern California girls are not fluent in Valley Girl. Though in place of "said" or "says" we sometimes have "all" used instead. For example:
