I'm not a big fan of most creamy dressings for veggie or pasta salads. V and O is tough to beat, or a premixed italian, preferably with some anchovies in that shit. Like a true cesar, not that Ranch with fish in it crap they sell in stores.

I don't like ranch but a good blue cheese dressing is awesome. There are a lot of bad blue cheese dressings, though.

Granted, my "salad" is a bowl of croutons and some bacon with dressing. None of those fucking vegetables.
