But it has to be the mother giving you the job (one paying DC-level salary in a non-DC area) and you have to live with your grandma while renting out your free condo you got. Then you can do it too!

OTOH, I have no student loans, but I was lucky.

I don't have that much student loans but I will do my best to pay as much back while I still live with my mom and don't pay rent
