I'm really bothered by 11. It feels like the answer should be obvious because of how much detail is given.
She's old .. could she really see across the way and into another apartment AND see the face clearly?

4. Jacob got shanked.
5. Murderer took the stairs too.
6. E-mailed after he was already dead.
7. The girlfriend is... not a person? This one isn't so scary as it is weird.
8. A man is standing over dead bodies but the narrator describes him as a burglar and not a murderer.
9. He killed all 3 of them.
10. The power was out but not the TV.
11. The man is pointing and counting the floors and she won't give her statement until tomorrow.
12. Either pointing at her or himself.
13. The floors were numbered differently in the UK and they are on the same floor.
14. Suddenly appeared in front of you on a train? this one is obvious.
15. She was going to stab the husband.
16. He died from eating the sweets I assume since he was only a month old.
17. The weapon wasn't found yet the narrator knows what it looks like exactly.
18. The journal goes to May but she died in April.
19. He killed them AFTER he got out of prison and they are still dead in the house.
20. The house was left unlocked yet it was locked when he returned. |

The one with the cancer diary still feels iffy to me based on the guesses I've read in here.
I mean I agree with Malion's answer to it - but I feel like there's something more there. Why "do you understand?"
