I'm still unclear about what the lookout actually does. Looks like leader makes a decision that affects all players, but what about lookout?

My answers are:
Yes
No, I don’t think it’s worth that much (town) money. So put it on them, but they won’t be able to buy it I’m guessing unless we choose a scum leader and they receive money from their team mates?

Brian seems to be the most confirmed town right now.

I doubt scum would poison the food of scum.
