no one is going to "claim" or even hint at someone who will not be in the game. if you see someone "claiming" and they don't get modkilled, that answers anything you need to know about them

Or you could actually believe that people other than you also can read English and know not to character claim and thus anything character related they are doing is for their own fun.

these day phases won't matter much anyway since there's no "scum" so we can't really hunt for anything, so forgive the GoT fans if they have some fun with it.
