Because it is about keeping townies alive and you have to gamble as doctor who the scum are going to go after. If you protect the tracker but get targeted, then town loses the doctor and the tracker the next day. If you protect yourself and they go after the tracker, then the tracker is gone.

In this situation, I did the game theory thing: I flipped a coin. It came up me. So I self-protected.

Yep- because town doesn't have a doctor but mafia does. And Ive also fed my scummates for town cred, including the godmother (who I didn't even know was godmother because I didn't read brian's flip and had to be corrected by JJ and Curtis on that, but hey, I was just brilliantly playing stupid about not knowing brian's role).

I sure haven’t! I’ve been playing like casual TownCurt who was never worried about claiming because I knew I’d have someone to back me up

And a Doctor who can protect himself every single night on top of Christian as BP is a tough one to buy. I’ll be really surprised if Boc allowed a doctor to do that unless it was an issue where he forgot to clarify like Josh suggested (would also surprise me tho)

THEORY, Jackie DID copy Vlady’s role last night to protect either herself or JJ the first time or herself or Rose the second time and ended up killing herself/one of them since she copied an SK kill instead of a protection
