Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Corn and/or Canola Oil), Mesquite BBQ Seasoning (Sugar, Dextrose, Salt, Spices, Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Maltodextrin (Made from Corn), Natural Flavor [Including Natural Smoke Flavor], Lactose, Yeast Extract, Torula Yeast, Gum Arabic, Garlic Powder, Corn Starch, Extractives of Paprika, Malted Barley Flour, Sunflower Oil, Skim Milk, Buttermilk, and Citric Acid). Contains milk ingredients.

Ingredients: Potatoes, safflower and/or sunflower and/or canola oil, organic dried cane syrup, sugar, maltodextrin, salt, onion powder, yeast extract, tomato powder, paprika, torula yeast, garlic powder, chili pepper, natural smoke flavor, citric acid, paprika extract (color), cayenne pepper.

It's "chemicals" in the sense that everything in the world is made up of "chemicals". Okra is made of "chemicals".

If you refuse to recognize the chemical laden laboratory made ingredients in there, that's not my problem. It doesn't make you right. Just wrong and stubborn.

What, like maltodextrin, which is enzymatically derived? That's like saying beer is chemically created because of yeast poop in it.

Are you sourcing your okra to make sure it is organically grown?

Smoke flavoring contains hydrocarbons. I know you wouldn't ruin a good steak by putting that on it, but you can't taste it in the chips. I can. All of the powders and extracts listed may or may not contain added or isolated chemicals depending on how they are made.

I put onion powder on good steaks all the time. I also grind some black pepper on there and it's awesome.

How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?

I like pepper and salt on mine. Not enough to hide the meat flavor though.

For the okra haters is it the texture or flavor?

Texture, not close

Plus anyone who can get soy sauce to their mouth without gagging doesn't get to tell me what's good.

Soy sauce is fine- I 'm guessing you only had cheap soy sauce that's in the little chinese food packets (mostly crap and HFCS) or Kikkoman. There are some Korean soy sauces with anise that are fantastic.

Soy sauce contains a mold that my gag reflex literally won't let me smell for very long. If it's used sparingly and buried in other flavors I can eat a little of it.

Where do you stand on cilantro?

Cilantro may be one of the best herbs out there. I put that shit on everything.

You find me one BBQ restaurant that has "crawfish boil" on the menu, and I'll add it in as an option.

This isn't a poll about "things I cook in my backyard" its about order food at an establishment that makes and sells food.

It looks like its a Louisiana seafood joint, that happens to do BBQ occasionally. But, it's probably close enough. My bad, I left crawfish boil out. Probably because seafood is nasty.

Spin only eats the rare and elusive deep sea crawdads hand caught by Jim while Marlin Perkins narrates.
