I would ban my mom from this forum.

Your mom is from FFA?

The funny thing is all of the people who think the kids are the scary part. Kids are awesome. Pregnant women are absolutely terrifying. All you can do, as a man, during that time is yes ma'am and no ma'am and hope the hormones point elsewhere.

Sounds similar to married life before and after pregnancy too

Just wait.

I will say that my wife almost never directed it at me, but she was still scary.

We refer to ourselves as Sister Act 1 and 2.

If so, you chose the wrong person to get married to.

And I'm speaking from experience. First time wasn't awesome, second time is surprising how easy it is.

I know when I first got married I was 28, and still had that type whole type A, independent, "It's my porcupine, I'm fucking it, and ain't nobody holding its' head" personality. It took a ton of work on my part to learn to function as a team.

Then again, there are cases where one party is just unwilling to buy in, and you have a situation like your first marriage..

I have 2 kids with one boy and one girl. There is just over 8 years difference between them, so that should be interesting, as they continue to grow up.

I'm pretty sure I'm done having kids, as they are fucking expensive, and I've got 2 people's worth of students loans to pay off already. Plus, daycare is expensive and I don't live anywhere near family, so the free kind isn't an option.

Worst thing about having kids? Say goodbye to weekends. If you aren't at a soccer game, it's scouts, or basketball, or dance, or rock climbing, or tennis, or gymnastics, or swimming.

Best part? It's a great excuse to get new toys.

With your cheery demeanor a woman actually willingly fucked you twice? Well hot damn. I guess Chris might actually have a shot to get laid in his lifetime.

I know, right?

I'm pretty sure if I had kids with anyone but a woman, my parents would not want any part of its life. Or at least that's what has been said so far.

That's awful. My kids love their grandma and I couldn't imagine them not knowing her or my mom wanting nothing to do with the kids. Also having lesbian grandparents my kids understand same sex relationships and that they are ok and normal.

Your parents, or your wife's?

My mom is a lesbian and has a wife.

Were you raised by them both, or did she get married when you were older?

I was a sophomore in high school when they started dating and got married about 2 years ago. Her wife has been more of a father to me in the past 30 years then my actual father

Being married also allows for a pretty nice tax break and the ability to mooch insurance off of your partner. All things you can't really do if you aren't married.

Have you ever had to provide a marriage certificate to the IRS or the insurance company?

Not that I am aware of, but I figure that's something that's tied into the social security numbers when we filed for our marriage license.
