This is basic game theory- it means the game itself is designed for failure. Better off not running into anyone like I did N1, but someone just *had* to come and hang at my zone. :P

One way seems to be to be quick to loot/claim items but that means you have to be alert the full 24hrs lol.

This is probably my biggest issue with this game, especially if the game can't be opened within a reasonable time frame after the deadline. I was online until about 30 minutes after the original deadline last night but now see it got extended 2 hours.

Would it help if people announce where they go?

If the game started like how the real hunger games started and everyone grabbed a bag from the cornucopia and while I assume most people just found food, careers got food and weapons, im sure some random people got a medkit. I think Lamps said it but there being a lack of them makes sense if spin wants us all to die. I also wouldn't be surprised if someones ability was able to treat wounds, like Rue for example.

I have to look back, but I thought Primate implied item-based.
