This is the part that confuses me. We can't say who we ran into but it appears we can say which zone we went to? I'm holding off until hopefully the mod can confirm this.

SPIN, I get this clause because of the character thing (can't say you ran into the girl from district etc), but are people allowed to openly talk about which fellow player they ran into and got attacked by and stuff like that? I'm guessing Tribute in this case refers more to the character than the player

Saying you visited a zone, and having the other player confirm, is fine. You both will know which tribute the other is, but the group won't. Basically, I'm trying to prevent mass claiming of characters, because roles/abilities are LOOSELY based on your character.
