And it doesn't just speed it up a day, I'm not thinking clearly today. It actually gives Mafia an extra kill before we potentially lynch scum in Jamie (if that's how the vote goes today.) The potential disadvantage would be missing out on info from Town night actions before the next lynch (but are we getting any of that anymore?) or the possibility for Doc to block the Mafia's kill (but has he ever before?)

This is accurate. The general belief during D7 was that Vic was Mafia and Timmah was SK. Vic, without question, would've been today's lynch target.

Vic had an investigative role. No telling what information he could have given us

Are you uncomfortable asking it? I want to make sure that my votals I posted are correct, and if so the follow up question is going to be "why?" The more I look at it, the better I feel about Jamie's voting record. Angi's I am luke warm about, but as I stands yours leaves little to analyze. I'd like to hear more about it.

But on the contrary your vote could have mattered. Until Mittens' train finally picked up steam near the end of D1, it was a tight race, with potential mislynches in Curtis, me, and Miko. You voted on D2 when there were so many on Sock that a single vote was inconsequential. For a good portion of D3, it looked like we would mislynch Herm. Day 5 is another like Day 2 where the Scum lynch was inevitable. On D6, DS almost succeeded in getting me mislynched.
