Primate probably hid his real cop scan in here ya? That would mean Herm or Helios. I was thinking maybe Helios because he capitalized Town there but left it lowercase on the others (: . But him scanning Herm N3 makes sense based on how D3 ended

Yes which is funny because I sent my action thinking and hoping I would be redirected to myself and then i was like "no curtis said he didn't have a mirror" and i just stayed on you anyway
