People have thrown out the idea of adding another member group towards the top. That'll require a new color/rank to place at the top or a new color/rank thrown anywhere in between with effected ranks being shuffled to make up for it

Here's the current system:

Admin
Moderator

Overlord - 10,000+ posts
Legend - 5,000+ posts
Elite - 2,500+ posts
Veteran - 1,000+ posts
Regular - 500+ posts
Novice - 100+ posts
Newcomer - 1+ posts
Lurker - 0 posts


We could add a 15,000 or 20,000 rank up at the top there but the color would be tricky. Right now the non-staff groups on a nice spectrum and some random color that doesn't fit would look poo

I think the easiest thing would probably be to add a halfway point color between any two points. Maybe between Legend-Overlord for a red/purple? Not sure, I'll play with stuff


NEEDED FROM YOU ALL:
- A new group name suggestion. It would PROBABLY be the 15 or 20k group name but if you have a good idea for a lower one then we can adjust them all if we like it
- A new color or two current ranks that you think an in-between color would work at
- Your opinion. Do you want another group slotted in there somewhere or naw?

The best one is probably....between Overlord and Legend? That one's easiest to tell apart from what surrounds it imo

I already posted name ideas in another thread so I can find those I guess or they're probably no good anyway. But I do like the idea of a new one between Legend & Overlord. And I like the idea of 20,000. Making the span wider now instead of doing it later is a better idea, imo.

It'd probably be 20k yeah. The number of posts you need increases each time so 15k would be a repeat increase of just 5k. 20,000 is better

All adding 20k will do is change all current reds to that purple-red color. Every one of you would still be in the same group

It's not just GLBers but pretty soon everyone will be red so it kinda makes sense to expand it.
