Why are we splitting or even discussing splitting?! Is there even any reason at all to divide other than to increase scums chances of taking us all out? We need to make another list, Tayvie should stay at the top position, but votes will now fall to whoever is second on the list. (if I am understanding that wrong, someone please tell me) Who do we want that to be? Based on activity we have a few that have posted, but not contributed anything to the discussions. Any opinions?

Oh wait, I didn't realize that splitting up was optional. Screw that, we stick together. I think it's for the best.

Helios - Disappeared just as I put in the order to give him my shard of code last night. Could have been innocent, but I also recall him pointing fingers at Ari for volunteering to be bus driver phase 1. Unsure of what to make of him at the moment.

Yeah, I explained that. Because of the uncertainty of the role, I didn't understand why Ari was so accepting of it mere minutes into the start of the phase. I naturally distrust when someone volunteers for a power role when I don't know their alignment.

So Wikey has Boc at the top of his list and I have Boc at the bottom of mine. We really need a better plan for these lists. -_- Can we maybe get a list posted here that most agree on so we can vote similarly? For anyone showing up later in the day and not reading everything, make sure to post your exit. I believe we pretty much decided to stay together and exit Left.

Rob is going to the top of my list (I haven't submitted it yet). I'm down with just about anything else, but Rob's going to the top.

Lol, you try living in ozzie land and working around the time differences. While the thread is still up at the moment, I assumed the phase would be done by now. And it was either decide a direction, get left behind or stay up all night while you folk made a decision .

It's not like there is any evidence or reason to go one way or another, it's all based on a hunch.

And I wasn't aware you could follow, haven't played many of these games before. Noted for future!

I'm not sure that you CAN follow in this game actually. It doesn't mention it in the rules

Very busy so I'm only skimming briefly, but wanting the gun badly enough to try to sell yourself as the best choice by greatly downplaying your own aptitude is the :| thing. There's very little reason to want the gun and want it that badly. I understand wanting it to keep it out of scum hands as yours are obviously the only ones you know the true alignment of, but wanting it badly enough that you'd sell yourself short when you really arent the kind of person to underplay your abilities is a little suspicious.

My reason for wanting the gun was that I spent the lion's share of Lab 2 with no useful items, or the potential to acquire any. As a result I spent almost the entire game feeling bored and ineffectual. So, yes, when there was a useful item up for grabs, I wanted it, because I would rather die early doing something interesting than hang around for forever being boring. Again.

And, with regards to the downplaying thing, I'm just gonna skirt right around the obvious insinuation of arrogance and point out that saying, "Give the gun to me because I'm sneaky and probably smarter than you" is an equally stupid tactic as far as I'm concerned. Bear in mind that I did give a fairly honest assessment of my own perception of my capabilities in Lab 2, and that turned out to be kind of an embarrassing failure on all accounts. Not only did my group refuse to listen to me about anything, ever, but I wound up turning evil and having no capacity for it whatsoever, meaning that I had the unique distinction of sucking at being both good and evil at the same time.

So, no, my unwillingness to tout my capabilities has nothing to do with my alignment, it has to do with the fact that I was pretty empirically proven to not be nearly as great as I thought I was last time around, and I didn't want to be embarrassed again.

Incidentally, has anybody else noticed that Henry hasn't said anything this phase? It makes me think that he might have been silenced as well, in a transparent attempt to get me to vengefully go after him.

Just to let you guys know, I didn't get the guns. Someone must have got there first.

I advise that whoever did get them keeps quiet and holds on to them. And if they do pass either of them on, they most definitely shouldn't mention who to, in light of Nat's attack.

Excellent. So, Rob is scum. Look at the last phase, which isn't deleted yet. In post #58, I said my letter, which is N. Furthermore, I can confirm that Wikey's letter WAS a lower case L. I have two letters right now, one is my capital N that I started with, the other is Wikey's lower case L. Therefore, Rob is lying scum.

Um, what the hell? If you started with the N, it's because you got it from me. What kind of an idiot would I have to be to directly claim that I gave you my letter? There's literally no reason for me to falsely claim to have given it to you, especially knowing that you could simply come in and refute my claim.

Are you basing your accusations against Rob purely on not receiving a piece of code from him yesterday Helios?

It could be an honest mistake.

Frankly, Helios, I'm strongly suspecting that you're scum right now. You're either lying about me giving you my letter, or you misread your journal.

Bear in mind, folks, that there's no reason for me to lie about giving it to Helios, and if he's scum, he's going out of his way to frame me.
